Project Thira marks it’s conclusion with a valedictory function in the presence of Hon’ble Minister of HEDN Dr. R Bindu, MLA Shri Antony Raju, Powergrid Senior General Manager Mr. C S Jayachandran, HR General Manager Mr. M Thanveer.
7 students were confirmed with Job Offers after the training programme and more students from the batch are expected to secure Job opportunities soon. The Hon’ble Minister distributed the Job Offer Letters and the PADI Certificates to the beneficiaries. An honorarium was also handed over to Powergrid for their immense support for the Project.
ASAP Kerala proudly concludes the Project Thira by congratulating all the hands that went behind the implementation of the project. Taking a detour from the traditional Book & Laptop skilling approaches, A unique opportunity was explored which matches the skill sets of the fishermen community and the Dive Master programme was offered to the beneficiaries selected.
With such outstanding initiatives, ASAP Kerala looks forward to more such impactful yet collaborative Skilling projects.
